IE6 Systems and Smart Engineering: the new face of HVAC
From March 24 to 27, we will be at MCE Milan to present solutions where excellent hardware meets advanced digital systems, redefining the paradigms of energy efficiency. The core of the experience at the stand, shared with Invertek Drives and the Sumitomo Group, will be our most innovative solutions for the HVAC sector, with a focus on the IE6 Hyper Efficiency range: an evolution that goes beyond current regulatory standards by offering higher performance levels.
The highlight of the digital area will be the new motor configurator on a large touch screen, designed to simulate optimized solutions for applications such as pumps and fans. Developed for the entire range of asynchronous and permanent magnet synchronous motors coupled with drives, the software goes beyond commercial selection to also become an eLearning tool: through a technical explanation of the components, the system provides insights into motor technologies and architecture, and the know-how in developing high-performance solutions.
Advanced Control: HPI, HPC, HPA, and the IFM Range
A new solution for the necessary control of water pumps is HPI with an integrated touch keypad, a hardware evolution that enables real-time control of the speed and operational parameters of the drive/motor combination. This physical interface ensures precise performance management even in difficult climatic conditions or demanding industrial environments, guaranteeing an IP66 protection rating.
In parallel, the HPC and HPA series for axial ventilation and the IFM package specifically for Big Fan will highlight the advantages of integrated mechatronic design. Solutions where the onboard electronics communicate natively with the motor mechanics, optimizing the system's dynamic response and ensuring maximum reliability in all operating conditions.
Also on display are the solutions with PAD mounting: ideal for applications that require motors with small dimensions and no protruding elements, this solution minimizes the impact on airflow. The design uses four special feet fixed at 90° to the motor body, eliminating aerodynamic obstructions and ensuring a significant reduction in energy consumption.
