PROJECT SUMMARY:

The initiative aims to encourage social interaction through team building activities open to everyone and to promote the use of remote technologies to shorten social distances between different offices and foster collaboration.


OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS:

Overall objective of the plan: to develop the skills needed to promote the introduction of innovative solutions in companies' products, processes, and services. Learning objectives: to become aware of one's own communication style and its impact on relationships, to recognize the factors and signs of stress, to use company practices for reporting problems and suggesting improvement actions, to recognize the key factors underlying diversity management in the workplace, to understand the core issues of cross-cultural management, to identify the elements that lead to stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination, to adopt active listening and effective communication techniques to foster the growth of one's team through recognizing and enhancing potential, and to identify the characteristic phases of Design Thinking. Correlate Design Thinking with creative thinking, develop prototypes, and organize testing and analysis of results; identify the operational advantages of introducing AI solutions for design; use AI functions to generate product variants; implement innovative digital tools and models for bottom-up sharing and enhancement; outline operational guidelines for the new model to feed the company's generative potential.

The defined objectives respond to the transversal purposes of the notice: to promote the updating and reskilling of workers' competencies, aligning them with the tasks they will perform, and to support the achievement of sustainable growth objectives of the Veneto Region.
