SPS Nuremberg is the flagship trade fair of the automation industry and, thanks to its innovative approach,
a showcase for smart automation, with a view to a fully digitised industrial world. We will present ourselves to visitors and industry stakeholders as a supplier of
motor-drive packages and complete solutions, demonstrating the synergetic work between the companies of the Sumitomo Drive Technologies group.
That is why we will participate in the fair again this year with a completely
shared booth with the team of companies in the EMEIA area: Lafert Group, SCG Group and Invertek Drives.
We will present our product portfolio with a
focus on new integrated, control and industrial automation solutions:
- HP Combi, a special package that combines a permanent magnet synchronous motor with its matched variable frequency drive. The Combi package combines the IE5 Ultra-Premium efficiency of our permanent magnet synchronous motors with our variable frequency drive (VFD) achieving the highest energy efficiency standards. Three configurations of the motor-drive package – Smart, Flow and Plus – allow it to meet the needs of both variable and constant torque applications.
- HP Integral, an advanced generation of packages that integrate in an extremely compact and unique design a permanent magnet synchronous motor with its matched variable frequency drive. Motor IE5 Ultra Premium Efficiency, drive IE2 High Efficiency, reduced dimensions and e smart control. Available in the same three configurations of the motor-drive package HP Combi - Smart, Flow and Plus - allows it to cover a wide range of both variable and constant torque applications.
- Ultra Compact, the range of brushless servomotors that offers an increase in torque density up to 30% for the same motor size and small size up to 20%. Five different flange panels can be customized with a wide range of solutions: axle output, transducer, connection, brake and cooling.
- Preferred Servo Motors - the range of Preferred servo motors is a wide selection of predefined and preferential configurations on six motor sizes which offer great support to the customer in the selection of the right product and guarantee delivery times at the minimum terms.
- Smartris, the new integrated solution complete with gear, servo motor and drive in one package for AGV systems. Developed for various types of automated guided vehicles, the integrated package offers high performance, maximum precision, safety and reliability. Our solution is among the most compact on the market thanks to the integrated gear and the optimized use of space inside the AGV, it can operate much closer to the ground.
