Ultra Compact Servo Motors are designed for applications where machine layout constraints and motion performance requirements must be addressed simultaneously. The series combines compact mechanical dimensions with high torque density, enabling dynamic motion without increasing shaft size or machine footprint.

The availability of five frame sizes allows machine builders to create compact, high-performance solutions while maintaining flexibility in machine design. This makes Ultra Compact servo motors particularly suitable for applications that require high acceleration, fast cycle times, and precise positioning within limited space.

The design is intended for industrial applications that demand smooth and precise motion, including sectors such as printing, packaging, robotics, metal working, and plastic machinery. The compact construction supports tight machine layouts without compromising control stability or repeatability.

When equipped with the optional single-cable Hiperface DSL interface, the Ultra Compact servo motors simplify installation and reduce wiring complexity, while ensuring reliable communication between motor and drive. This contributes to faster commissioning and consistent performance in demanding motion control environments.
