LOW VOLTAGE BRUSHLESS SERVO MOTORS

Designed for integrated battery-driven motion in autonomous industrial applications.

Three-in-one integrated architecture: AC Brushless Servomotor, Smartris Drive, and dedicated cabling

48–96 Vdc low-voltage platform optimized for battery-powered mobility

Permanent Magnet Synchronous Servo Motor technology

Integrated architecture for battery-powered mobility

Battery-Powered Solutions are engineered for industrial equipment powered by onboard batteries, where energy efficiency, compact integration and controlled motion are essential.

The system integrates three core elements into a coordinated architecture:

Low-voltage Permanent Magnet AC Brushless Servo Motor (48–96 Volt, high current)
• Dedicated battery-powered Servo Drive – Smartris
• Optimized connection and cabling configuration

This integrated design ensures compatibility between motor and drive, simplifying selection and commissioning while delivering optimized motion performance.

The low-voltage servomotor platform is available in 5 motor sizes (B30J, B40J, B63K, B71Q, B100J), designed to cover a wide torque range. Alongside it, the Smartris Drive (available in 4 sizes depending on motor torque) precisely manages motion.

The Permanent Magnet technology ensures high efficiency and stable torque delivery, supporting longer battery life and improved system performance.

TECHNICAL FAQS

Why are low-voltage brushless servo motors suitable for battery-powered applications?

The system operates at 48–96 Vdc, enabling direct integration into battery-powered platforms. The Permanent Magnet Synchronous Servo Motor ensures high efficiency and constant torque from 0 → max speed, supporting optimized battery usage.

How does the integrated motor and drive architecture benefit machine builders?

The Brushless Servomotor, Smartris Drive, and cabling are supplied as a coordinated package. This ensures compatibility from the start, simplifies installation and reduces system integration complexity.

What advantages does brushless technology offer over traditional motor technologies?

Brushless servo motors provide:

• Constant torque from 0 → max speed
• Controlled start and stop ramps
• Higher efficiency due to Permanent Magnets
• Reduced energy consumption when the motor is not operating

How does the system improve hydraulic applications?

In hydraulic pump systems, the drive enables pressure and position feedback control, eliminating the need for proportional valves and reducing mechanical complexity.

What safety functions are included?

The system integrates safety features including:

• Safe Torque Off (STO) - SIL3-Ple
• Safe Brake Control (SBC) - SIL3-PLe
