Smartris in Action: The Evolution of Intralogistics in a Live Demo
The heart of the booth will be dedicated to Smartris, the integrated solution for autonomous guided vehicles (AGV). To allow visitors to see firsthand the effectiveness of the system, Smartris will not only be displayed but also presented in a dynamic application on an AGV by Polytec Intralogistics – our technological partner for industrial intralogistics, specialized in the design and integration of automated solutions for internal material handling.
The vehicle, positioned in a dedicated booth, will move autonomously simulating a typical industrial activity: the movement of a shelf. This live demo highlights the smoothness of movement, the compactness of the design, and the extreme precision of positioning of our solution, demonstrating how the integration between motor, gearbox, and drive can raise the efficiency standards of modern automated warehouses.
At the fair, we will also present SmartrisApp, the intuitive application designed to optimize commissioning and diagnostics. Thanks to a user-friendly interface (via RS232, MODBUS, or CAN), you can configure parameters in just a few clicks and instantly generate CANOpen and MODBUS command strings. With SmartrisApp, control is complete: real-time data monitoring, advanced diagnostics, and simplified management of firmware and configurations.
Beyond Efficiency: Battery-Powered Solutions and IE6 Motors
Lafert's commitment to energy optimization and technological advancement is also reflected in the important product innovations that we will present at the trade show. The new Battery-Powered Solutions, specifically designed for mobile and logistics applications requiring battery power, ensure maximum autonomy and reliability. On the energy efficiency front, we will present our IE6 class motors, the new industry benchmark for energy savings, along with the integrated HPC and HPI packages.
