By surpassing the logic of modular assembly, our new solution constitutes an integrated architecture that coordinates:
• Brushless AC permanent magnet servo motor: optimized for low voltage (48-96 Vdc), it guarantees torque linearity and movement stability superior to traditional standards.
• Dedicated Smartris drive: drive specifically designed for the dynamics of battery systems, ensuring advanced management of current flows and vector control logics.
• Optimized shielded wiring: the dedicated connection that ensures signal integrity and maximum compatibility between motor and drive.
Coupling ensures compatibility between motor and drive, simplifying selection and commissioning and ensuring optimized motion performance. It minimizes losses, guaranteeing energy efficiency superior to assembled systems.
Thanks to sinusoidal control and permanent magnet technology, the solution provides constant torque from zero up to nominal speed, allowing smooth movements and precise positioning through configurable start and stop ramps.
