We reaffirm our commitment to supporting the professional growth of new generations and renew our proactivity in guidance and nurturing the talented students in schools and universities. Our goal is twofold: to bridge the gap between education and the world of work, and to identify the key talents who will drive future innovation at Lafert.
Between October and November, we launched the new career guidance season by participating in two important Career Days:
• At the Vicenza campus of the University of Padua on October 23rd, where we met students of the Master's Degrees in Management Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, and Product Innovation Engineering;
• At the University of Padua on November 6th (IES Engineering, Economics and Sciences)
We had the pleasure of meeting and listening to hundreds of students with whom we shared the challenges of our sector, career opportunities, and the projects that make Lafert an ideal place for professional growth. Investing in guidance and recruiting is not only a way to ensure Lafert's future growth, but for us, it is a social responsibility. For this reason, we are excited to return to meet students and discover who will shape the future of our sector.
A strategic investment for our future
Our collaboration program with the academic world is not limited to Career Days. We plan a comprehensive set of structured activities to offer real immersion in our corporate environment:
• Company Visits and Open Days: to offer a direct view of the processes and work environment at Lafert, dedicated to all age groups, starting from local schools to high schools and universities;
• Targeted Recruiting: interviews and selection sessions for internships and theses for gradual and progressive integration, allowing young people to take their first steps into the corporate world;
• Tutoring Programs: support for students by our most experienced professionals in writing theses or as assistance for other projects, in order to create more opportunities to apply all the knowledge acquired during their academic path.
We seek talent, we value diversity
We are convinced that diversity is the motor of innovation. For this reason, a central focus of our talent scouting strategy is identifying and supporting female talents to contribute to the development of their careers. We actively want to break down cultural barriers and promote female role models within our company and industry.
We look with great interest and anticipation at the female students we met during the Career Days we participated in. Their preparation and passion are driving forces that constantly move us toward Gender Equality through respect and appreciation.
