Ultra Compact: dinamica elevata in dimensioni contenute

I servomotori Ultra Compact sono progettati per le applicazioni in cui è necessario soddisfare simultaneamente vincoli di dimensione e requisiti di motion performance. Questa serie coniuga dimensioni meccaniche ridotte con un'elevata densità di coppia, permettendo movimenti dinamici senza aumentare la taglia dell'asse o l'ingombro a terra della macchina.

Grazie alla disponibilità di cinque taglie, i costruttori possono realizzare soluzioni compatte e ad alte prestazioni, mantenendo la massima flessibilità progettuale. I motori Ultra Compact sono ideali per applicazioni che richiedono forti accelerazioni, tempi di ciclo rapidi e un posizionamento di precisione anche in spazi ristretti.

Il design è ottimizzato per applicazioni industriali che esigono fluidità e precisione di movimento in settori quali stampa, packaging, robotica, lavorazione dei metalli e delle materie plastiche. La costruzione compatta supporta layout macchina densi senza scendere a compromessi sulla stabilità di controllo o sulla ripetibilità.

Se equipaggiati con l'interfaccia opzionale monocavo Hiperface DSL, i servomotori Ultra Compact semplificano l'installazione e riducono la complessità del cablaggio, garantendo una comunicazione affidabile tra motore e azionamento. Ciò si traduce nella messa in servizio più rapida e prestazioni costanti in ambienti di motion control esigenti.

Anche in macchine con spazi limitati, la combinazione di elevata capacità dinamica, opzioni di personalizzazione e flessibilità ingegneristica consente alla serie Ultra Compact di offrire prestazioni affidabili e movimenti precisi.
